Will removing an Interpol notice also cancel the extradition request from the foreign country?

No. Deletion of an Interpol notice removes the international alert but does not extinguish the underlying arrest warrant or extradition request issued by the foreign state. The requesting country may still pursue bilateral extradition through diplomatic channels or issue a new notice if they believe grounds exist. However, a successful CCF deletion significantly undermines the credibility of any subsequent extradition attempt—UK courts will consider Interpol’s finding that the request was abusive or non-compliant with international standards as persuasive evidence when assessing bars to extradition under the 2003 Act.
