Dr. Anatoliy Yarovyi

Over a twenty-year career, Anatoly Yarovyi has developed deep expertise in law enforcement and intelligence activities, public international law and human rights. His work now concentrates on INTERPOL and extradition cases, and he also advises high-profile individuals on personal and business security, data protection and freedom of movement.
He has worked in the Prosecutor’s Office and in intelligence agencies, as well as at well-known multinational law firms ranked in the global top 10. He holds a Master of Law from Lviv University (2004) and an LLM from Stanford University (2013).

His doctoral dissertation, on covert investigative and intelligence activities, earned him the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Law.
As an INTERPOL Red Notice and human rights lawyer, Anatoly has handled numerous high-profile cases spanning several jurisdictions for politicians, businesspeople and human rights activists around the world. He represents clients before the European Court of Human Rights and in 2021 was among 15 candidates for the post of ECHR judge.
