How long does it take to remove a Red Notice via the CCF?

A full CCF review and deletion request typically takes six to twelve months for a substantive decision. However, in urgent cases — where an applicant faces imminent arrest in the UAE or elsewhere — we can request interim measures from the CCF that can suspend a notice more quickly while the full review proceeds. We always recommend starting the CCF process as early as possible, well before any planned travel or residency application in the UAE.
