No. An OFAC designation does not automatically place a person or company on an EU or UK sanctions list. Each jurisdiction applies its own legal framework and makes a separate listing decision.
EU and UK authorities may impose similar sanctions where the same conduct meets their designation criteria, but a separate legal act is still required.
