Entering the UK with an active Red Notice carries significant risk of detention at the border. UK Border Force has direct access to Interpol databases and routinely screens arriving passengers. If flagged, you may be held pending extradition proceedings initiated by the requesting state. However, the UK retains discretion—immigration officers assess whether the underlying offence is recognised under UK law and whether extradition would be compatible with human rights obligations.
