Can I be extradited from the UK to Russia?

The UK does not have an extradition treaty with Russia. In practice extradition to Russia does not occur. However, Russia may use an Interpol Red Notice in parallel — which does not result in extradition from the UK but can cause complications at other borders. If you are in the UK and subject to a Russian Red Notice, a CCF challenge at Interpol is still advisable.
