Anatoliy Yarovyi is a doctor of Law, holds a Master’s degree in Law from Lviv University and Stanford University. He was one of the candidates for a judgeship at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). Kendall Coffey is an experienced lawyer in matters of extradition and Interpol cases. He served as the prosecutor for the Southern District of Florida (USA). He held the position of chairman of the Conference of the Southern District of the Federal Judicial Commission of Florida.
