What happens if the CCF refuses to delete the notice?

If the CCF Requests Chamber dismisses a complaint, further appeal options may be available through the Appeals Chamber. We review the decision carefully and advise the client on whether an appeal has merit. In some cases, a parallel strategy — such as obtaining a court decision in the client’s country of residence or strengthening the evidence base — can support a subsequent filing.
