What grounds can be used to challenge a Red Notice issued at Russia’s or another state’s request while I am in Thailand?

The most common grounds for challenging a Red Notice through the CCF include: political motivation (the notice was issued to persecute you for political, religious, or ethnic reasons), violations of fair trial standards in the requesting state, failure to satisfy Interpol’s dual criminality requirement, and non-compliance with Interpol’s rules on the quality and nature of the request.
