A complete CCF submission typically includes: a signed complaint form, a copy of the Red Notice or evidence of its existence, the underlying criminal case documents (arrest warrant, indictment, or charges), evidence supporting the legal grounds (asylum decision, court rulings, country reports, expert opinions), and a legal memorial setting out the grounds in full.
