Yes. Ukraine is a full Interpol member state and can request the publication of a Red Notice through its National Central Bureau (NCB). Ukrainian authorities have done so in a significant number of cases, including many that our lawyers have successfully challenged as politically motivated or as violations of Interpol’s rules.
