Russia has no extradition treaty with the UK and does not extradite its own nationals. In practice, formal extradition from Russia to the UK is extremely unlikely. However, if the person travels to a third country that does have a UK extradition treaty or is an Interpol member state, they risk arrest. Furthermore, Interpol Red Notices circulate in Russia, and Russian cooperation with Interpol member states varies.
