Yes. The CCF can grant interim or provisional measures — effectively a temporary suspension of the notice — while the substantive review is underway. This is particularly important for clients who face imminent travel or risk of arrest. We assess all cases for provisional measure eligibility and file requests immediately when the circumstances justify it.
