Can a Silver Notice be deleted or cancelled?

Yes. Like all Interpol notices, a Silver Notice can be challenged before the CCF. If the notice does not meet Interpol’s Rules on the Processing of Data — for example, it is politically motivated, lacks a proper legal basis, or the underlying proceedings have concluded — the CCF can order deletion or correction.
