Which countries are not members of Interpol?

As of 2025, Interpol has 196 member countries — effectively all recognised sovereign states. Kosovo, Taiwan, and certain micro-states are not members. North Korea and a few others have membership but limited engagement. However, many non-member territories still cooperate informally with Interpol member states.
