What happens if Interpol confirms it holds data about me?

If Interpol confirms data — such as an active Red Notice, diffusion, or database record — we immediately assess the legal basis and prepare a challenge to the CCF. The CCF can order correction, deletion, or blocking of non-compliant data. In urgent cases we request expedited review and interim protective measures.
