Does Poland extradite to Russia?

No. Poland refuses extradition to Russia, especially since 2022. If a Russian Red Notice is the basis for an arrest in Poland, Polish courts will refuse to comply. We can seek formal protection orders and simultaneously file a CCF challenge at Interpol.
