Does Interpol operate in non-member countries?

Interpol can share data with non-member states under specific bilateral agreements. Most major transit and destination countries are members. If considering travel to a non-member jurisdiction as a “safe haven,” be aware that bilateral police cooperation and extradition mechanisms may still apply.
