Can I fly internationally if I have an Interpol Red Notice against me?

It is extremely risky. Even domestic flights that transit internationally can expose you to risk. The safest course is to avoid international travel until the Red Notice has been challenged and either suspended or deleted. We can provide country-specific travel risk assessments, but no destination is completely safe while a Red Notice remains active.
